- boxee treats your content just like a web browser does; the only difference is convenience.
- boxee brings your content to a wider audience, and aims to drive users to other legal sources.
- supporting alternate outlets gives your audience a choice of different interfaces with which they can access your content: people like freedom of choice.
- boxee allows for continued income generation from those who would otherwise not be participating: by using Hulu, they are watching when they would normally not be able to, increasing exposure.

In reality, Boxee is just a web browser. Blocking boxee makes about as much sense as it would to block Firefox or Opera.

Good point, Chad. Maybe we could also point out that it's not all that hard to view Hulu on a TV through a browser, anyway, so the only difference is convenience to the user.

Also, they would save massive amounts of revenue by simply licensing what content their branded version had, AND use what we watch for marketing. The marketing point is brought up due to they would not need to charge for it if they (being the providers) obtained marketing data (anonymously I would hope) on what we watch. We get our boxee, they get data = win win.
